Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hospital operations and resource allocation
- Coordinate across departments for smooth workflow
- Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards
- Manage vendor contracts and service level agreements
- Support strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives
- Prepare operational reports for management review
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBA in Hospital Administration / MHA / equivalent
- Experience in hospital operations management
- Exposure to NABH accreditation processes
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
