Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Manage front desk inquiries via phone and in person

- Maintain accurate records in the HMS system
- Ensure a welcoming and professional front office environment
- Handle cash and billing counter duties as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in hospital front office or customer service
- Proficiency in English and Tamil
- Computer literacy required
