About This Role
KMCH Main Hospital is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control across patient care areas and common zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff across assigned areas
- Ensure adherence to hospital cleanliness and hygiene protocols
- Monitor biomedical waste segregation and disposal
- Conduct daily rounds and inspections
- Coordinate with infection control department
- Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory
- Train staff on cleaning procedures and safety
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline with housekeeping management experience
- Experience in hospital or healthcare facility housekeeping
- Knowledge of infection control and BMW management
- Supervisory and team management skills
