About This Role
KMCH Main Hospital is hiring an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support for hospital information systems, network infrastructure, and end-user computing across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and server support to all departments
- Manage hospital information systems and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support HMS, PACS, LIS, and other clinical systems
- Implement IT security protocols and backup procedures
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and upgrades
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or IT / BCA with relevant experience
- Knowledge of networking, Windows Server, and Linux basics
- Experience with hospital IT systems is an advantage
- ITIL certification preferred
